1. Who We Supply
We distribute exclusively to record stores, physical retailers, and select resellers. Proof of business may be required before processing orders.
2. Minimum Order
Orders are subject to a minimum quantity of [e.g. 3 units per title or 20 records total], unless otherwise agreed.
3. Prices
All prices are wholesale and subject to change without notice. Prices do not include VAT or shipping unless specified.
4. Payment
Orders must be paid in full before shipping, unless a prior agreement is in place. We accept bank transfer and PayPal.
5. Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and courier. We aim to ship within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
6. Damages & Returns
All products are inspected before shipping. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only for defective items and must be pre-approved.
7. Consignment Orders
We offer consignment deals for selected stores.

Unsold records can be returned within 60 days, provided they are in mint condition.
